Sine Qua Non Wine Dinner

Monday, April 14, 2025

We embarked on a journey through the Sine Qua Non portfolio as we explored the winery’s mastery of Rhône Valley varietals. From the elegance of their white wine to the seduction of the 2007 Body & Soul rosé, the power of their Syrah and Grenache, and finally, the sweet indulgence of To the Rescue 2007 Vin de Paille, each wine stood as a testament to the winemaker’s skill and artistry.

We guided guests through this epicurean adventure, savoring each wine and delighting in the nuances of this incredible selection.

Hosted by Florent Blanchet, owner of Twenty-One Wine and Spirits, and Julien Sahut, the Director of Wine at Sexy Fish.
