Join us Sunday, March 17th, for an exclusive dining experience and wine tasting led by Philippe Sereys de Rothschild, a passionate advocate for the greatest terroirs in France and around the world, played a leading role in Barons de Rothschild Champagne from its first harvest in 2005 to its international launch four years later.

As the Chairman and CEO of Baron Philippe de Rothschild SA, he also created successful international joint ventures with other wineries—including teaming up with Robert Mondavi in California to create Opus One.


Tony Parker Wine Dinner

Join us Wednesday, April 10th, for an exclusive dining experience and wine tasting led by the legendary Tony Parker, NBA star and partner of Champagne Jeeper and Château
La Mascaronne.

As a teen, Tony Parker developed a passion for wine and champagne and has been an enthusiast ever since. In 2022, Parker partnered with entrepreneur and vintner Michel Reybier to further develop the exceptional estates of Champagne Jeeper and Château La Mascaronne. Mr. Parker will guide guests on an epic journey of discovery, complemented by a 4-course dinner, specially curated to pair with the wine selections.

With wine from France’s iconic regions to wine from New World countries, and of course America, where over a third of the list is dedicated to, there’s no doubt there’s a spectacular choice for everyone.

For those keen to fuel their curiosity, our Sommeliers can take you on a tour of the wine cellar which is host to one of the largest Opus One Winery restaurant collections in the world including the inaugural 1979 vintage, whilst providing a narrative to the history and tales of the wines.


24K Gold Collection Vintage Héloïse-Lloris Sexy Fish Champagne

Sexy Fish and Héloïse Lloris have collaborated to produce a unique limited-edition Champagne.  A light golden color with a soft sparkle, fruity, tones of almond with flavors of light buttery brioche and mature rich hints of Manuka honey. This very dry Champagne is elegant and yeasty with a lovely mousse and a fine, tapering finish. A wonderful aperitif, but also great with dishes with a little kick. The Champagne is presented in a dazzling and unique 24k gold plated casing with custom design inspired by our Frank Gehry installation. Each rigid bottle cover is permanently attached and cannot be removed. They are individually handmade, and numbered, in England using a unique tooling method dating back to the 14th century, ensuring no two bottles are identical.
