The Land & Seafood Platter will feature delicacies such as premium Wagyu, Lobster marinated in sansho pepper and shiso butter, Scallops, Asparagus in a smoked creamy ponzu sauce and perfectly grilled Sweet Potato. End your evening on a sweet note with a decadent Valentine’s Dessert Platter, crowned with a delightful candy apple—perfect for sharing with your special someone.
